- Collaborated with Sapna NGO to directly help the poor in case of Blood requirements in Safdarjung Hospital and AIIMS and with CanSupport to provide blood to cancer patients.
- Database of 1200+ volunteers ready to donate in case of emergency.
- In its first year, BloodConnect has handled 160 successful blood requests especially during the peak Dengue season and carried out 13 Blood Donation Camps which led to over 1300 blood donations.
- BloodConnect team has been trained by DSACS [Delhi State AIDS Control Society] to work towards promotion of voluntary blood donation in Delhi. Collaboration with DSACS is in the pipeline.
- BloodConnect has been recognized and awarded by DSACS on World Donor Day for being a student initiative working for the cause of Voluntary Blood Donation.
